Plain DPPC/CHOL/mPEG2000-DSPE liposomes (100 nm)
This preformed liposome reagent is prepared in 10% sucrose and contains NO drug loading battery. It is typicallyused as a placebo control forthe DPPCliposomes containing a drug loading battery, such as the DPPC liposomes containing ammonium sulfate gradient (see F20202A)
